  Recommendations for use:
  
  Pour a liberal amount onto a clean sponge or shop towel. Wipe 
  over area to be treated using a side-to-side motion. To remove 
  deep scratches, rub into scratch while making sure all ink has 
  been removed. To store plates we recommend using U.P.C. to 
  clean the entire surface of the plate, wiping with a side-to-side 
  motion removing ink and ensuring the entire plate is covered. 
  

  Smoothing it down is recommended.
