• Application: Prees Control is a one-step substitute for alcohol, suitable for various printing presses.
  Super wetting ability and special desensitizing function can greatly improve the printing speed without reducing the wetting degree and increasing the water speed. Minimize ink return and stacking, start fast and smoothly. Press Control is completely biodegradable with antifoam and preservatives.
  Prees Control contains a moisturizer that prevents premature drying of the printing plate and protects the wetting liquid film during a short shutdown. The moistening solution contains appropriate acid/salt balance compounds, which ensures a stable PH value for water containing trace amounts and without floating matter.
  Features: 1. Suitable for all kinds of editions, such as traditional edition, CTP edition, purple light edition and polyester edition;
  2. It can be used for sheet offset printing and web offset printing.

  Dosage: 2-4% dosage, that is, 100 liters of water with 2-4 liters of embellishment solution. The best dosage effect depends on the printing environment.

  Cleaning: Clean the printing press wetting liquid circulation system regularly, and use the wetting system pipeline cleaning agent.
  Storage: Shady, dry and ventilated dangerous warehouse, avoid contact with high temperature and open fire. Storage temperature ranges from 5 C to 45 C.
  Preservation Period: The original package is not opened, keep 5 degree C to 45 degree C, avoid direct sunlight, and the shelf period is 24 months.
  Suggestion: Monitoring the data of the working fluid, such as pH, conductivity, temperature and keeping stable, is helpful to ensure the printing quality.
