  • Application: An ultra-concentrated one-step embossing solution, IPA-free, for high-speed printing presses. All Star super-strong embossing solution can be used in all types of printing presses, regardless of sheet-fed offset presses and rotary presses. It can reduce the content of IPA to 0%, so that ink roll and embossing roll are in the best state.
    Features: 1. Suitable for all kinds of printing plate, conventional plate, CTP plate, Violet and polyester plate;
    2. It can be used for sheet offset printing and web offset printing.
    3. Phosphate-free formulation for thermosetting commercial printing;
    4. Quick start, uniform color in printing operation.
    5. Steady ink/water balance. Lubricate rubber tape for quick paper delivery.
    6. Good wettability and viscosity; high buffer, stable PH value.
    7. Prevent the precipitation of calcification in hard and soft water. No IPA is used.

    Dosage: 2-4% dosage, that is, 100 liters of water with 2-4 liters of embellishment solution. The best dosage effect depends on the printing environment.

    Cleaning: Clean the printing press wetting liquid circulation system regularly, and use the wetting system pipeline cleaning agent.
    Storage: Shady, dry and ventilated dangerous warehouse, avoid contact with high temperature and open fire. Storage temperature ranges from 5 C to 45 C.
    Preservation Period: The original package is not opened, keep 5 degree C to 45 degree C, avoid direct sunlight, and the shelf period is 24 months.
    Suggestion: Monitoring the data of the working fluid, such as pH, conductivity, temperature and keeping stable, is helpful to ensure the printing quality.
