• Press Control CTP Fountain Solution
  Press Control CTP is a one-step alcohol replacement fountain solution designed for all types of presses. The excellent wetting characteristics and special desensitizers in Press Control enable presses to be run at high speeds without any loss of wetting and the subsequent increase in water feeds. Ink feedback and piling are minimized and start-ups are fast and trouble free. Press Control is fully biodegradable and contains added antifoams and corrosion inhibitors.Press Control contains humectants to prevent premature drying of the printing plate during brief shot downs. The fount contains a balanced blend of the appropriate acid/salt combination providing 

  a stable pH in all waters with little or no drift.

  Recommendations for use:
  
  A normal recommended dosage is 2-4% of Press Control per liter
  of water. However, the optimum dosage will vary according to the
  conditions and may need to be determined by experimentation.
