Fastakleen Plate Cleaner is an acidic, emulsion plate cleaner

designed to clean positive and negative pre-sensitized aluminum

plates when a stronger cleaner is required. It is especially suitable

for use on baked positive plates and also for bi-metal and multi-

metal plates. It will remove ink, scum and oxidation, desensitize

scratches and at the same time improve the hydrophilic properties

of the non-image areas. Fastakleen Plate cleaner will provide

protection during short press stops and is particularly effective

as a starter for stored plates. AVOID EXCESSIVE USE ON

UNBAKED PLATES.

 Recommendations for use:

 Shake well before use. Apply directly to the plate surface using

a damp sponge or a shop towel, applying sufficient pressure to

remove any ink. Wash off with water or fountain solution, before

starting the press.
