Fountain Dryer Liquid Dryer 30093
Appearance : Thin liquid Color : Red Odour : No noticeable flavor Solubility : Soluble in water Boiling Point : 100 C Relative density : 1.0 @ 20 C Volatility by vol : 20 pH value : Neutral Flash point : No Flash - Fountain Dryer is super concentrate made to be added to any
premixed fountain solution. Once Fountain Dryer is added to
the fountain solution water, ink will start to oxidize (dry) on the
top layer.
Advantages:
- Creates faster drying of heavily printed jobs
- Starts the drying process as water mixes with ink
- Use for hard to dry jobs
- Mixes into any fountain solution
- Use with all oil and rubber base inks
- Very low dosage required
Recommendations for use:
Add 0.5-1% per liter of mixed fountain solution.
As each printed job is different with different substrates and ink
as well as coverage some dosage experimentation may be
advisable. If necessary dosage may be increased in 1/2%
increments, per volume of mixed fountain solution.
